21/9 hiking activity

today morning, despite i had been sick for two days, i still held the hiking event as normal. this time 13ppl joined the event.originally, as i knew there were only boys' particpation, but in the end, i was astonished by five girls' appearing. they were accompanied to their friend, other boy participants. this time, the route was too difficult for everyone to achieve the whole. so, we all had only three been done. others left in the middle. today was fairly hot, one of the girl got heatstroke at the begining. she had rest for few mintues and got better to finish to the middle. and i finished the full route, i calculated the sum of stairs which i had walked today. it was about 3000. no wonder, my left knee is painful now. and i need to sleep early tonight, it is because i am so tried and must get recovery from the illness tomorrow. i mustn't spread to the pupils.
